We help associates address the gaps that typically exist between what is taught in law school and the skills required to practice law. But in today’s business climate, it’s not enough to be a good lawyer. With that in mind, we take a more holistic approach to training. We cultivate your ability to lead people and projects. At the end of the day, you’ll have more expertise, some new ideas, and strategies for implementing them in every aspect of your work.

Leadership
We work with Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School faculty to deliver leadership training at critical junctures in your career. The Transition to Leadership Program helps you with project management, team building, and client relationships. The Advanced Leadership Program facilitates your transition into a non-equity partner, and shapes your thinking about managing people and leading projects. We also offer executive leadership training for senior firm leaders.

Professional Skills
We help associates build communication and presentation skills, as well as professional presence, networking, and business development skills. Opportunities include:

• In-house writing seminars
• Individual coaching to provide one-on-one feedback on work product
• Highly interactive communications training
