Located in Century City and in Downtown LA, Goodwin Procter’s Los Angeles offices opened in 2006 and 2007 respectively. Our Los Angeles-based attorneys focus primarily on real estate, acquisitions, sales, leasing, public and project finance, development, investment and restructuring, as well as real estate investment management and fund formation. Our LA attorneys also concentrate on corporate matters, especially in the areas of nanotechnology, life sciences and renewable energy, and represent public companies in connection with IPOs, public equity and debt offerings, and PIPE transactions – with an emphasis on emerging growth and middle-market issuers.

LA-Century City:
As with most places in LA, the best way to get to Goodwin Procter in Century City is by car. Located right off of the Avenue of the Stars, the MGM Tower houses Goodwin Procter, the ABC Network, and other major corporate offices. Across the street from the Tower is a large shopping mall with 221 stores, a supermarket and multiple restaurants. The office is situated halfway between the Hillcrest Country Club and the Los Angeles Country Club, near Beverly Hills.

LA-Downtown:
The Downtown LA office is about 15 miles east of the Century City office and offers an urban cultural feel. Wilshire Boulevard and the 110 freeway are close by. A variety of entertainment options are offered at Staples Center and several excellent restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive. It’s an easy walk to the LA Public Library, where the farmers’ market opens every Wednesday.
